Decima Januarii sepultus est laborarius(?) Michael Janowiak camerarius. Obiit die septima hujus hora septima mane omnibus moribundorum sacramentis priori munitus morbo febri anno aetatis sui trentesimo quinto. Relequit uxorem et filium (filiam?)

Tenth day of January was buried the laborer M. J. a climber. He died the seventh day of this month at seven in the morning fortified beforehand with all the sacraments of the dying, in the 35th year of his age. He left a wife and a son (can't wuite make it out--could be "daughter")

Camerarius is a rare word--it might have a local meaning different from "climber" . It is used in Latin authors for climing vines.
