Born 30 April 1885 in Quincy Illinois per WW II draft registration card.

Document described Theodore Edward Kuhn as being 5'9" tall, 240 lbs., with gray eyes and a "light" complexion.

The card was written 27 April 1942 in Quincy Illinois.

A son of Edward Kuhn and Anna Hildebrand, Theodore Kuhn was born 30 April 1885 in Quincy, Illinois.

In April of 1907 he married Anna Kroeger. Theodore and Anna Kuhn resided on a farm near Palmyra, Missouri. The farm was called Gilkinson Place. Later, they moved to Quincy, Illinois. There, Mr. Kuhn worked in contracting.

His second wife was Winfred Hilgenbrink.

Theodore Kuhn belonged to St. John Catholic church and to its Holy Name Society.

Theodore Kuhn passed away in Palmyra, Missouri, 24 August 1952. His first wife, Anna Kuhn, predeceased him in 1940. His second wife, Winfred Kuhn, predeceased him 29 October 1950.

In addition, one sister and two brothers predeceased Theodore Kuhn.

Surviving to mourn were: Four sons: Albert, Carl, Clarence, and John Kuhn; three daughters: Mrs. Rodney Peters, Mrs. Joseph Williams, and Sister M. Virginice of Poor Handmaids of Christ in Carlyle, Illinois.

Four brothers: Edgar Kuhn, Elmer Kuhn, Leonard Kuhn, and Robert Kuhn; four sisters: Mrs. August Fleer, Mrs. Carl Budde, Mrs. Charles Frost, and Mrs. Edward Schlippman. Also, sixteen grandchildren survived to mourn.

The funeral for Theodore Kuhn was held at St. John Catholic church, with interment at Calvary cemetery, in Quincy, Illinois.
