Dollv is maintained this attitude throughout her life. Dolly is survived by her daughter, Judy Johnson of Tempe, AZ; her sister, Evelyn Wituckl of South Bend, IN; r, Evelyn Witucki of South Bend, IN. Tim Miioserny and grandchildren, Tim Miiosernv of Phoenix, AZ. Rick Miiosernv of Denver, CO, Bryan Johnson of Chandler, AZ, and Chris Johnson of Phoenix, and one great-grandson Trent Miloserny of Denver, CO. Services were held Tuesday, December 1, 1998, with inurnment at Valley of the Sun Cemetery. Family suggests memorial contributions to Friendship village Tempe Care Center, 2645 E.
