SOUTH BEND - Matthew D. Kapsa, 34, passed away Monday, January 26, 2015 in his home. Matthew was born December 23, 1980 to Jack and Mary (Buechler) Kapsa; they survive along with a brother, Steven (Sara) Kapsa of Zionsville; uncles, Mark (Beth) Buechler of Yucaipa, CA, Reynold Kapsa of South Bend and Kevin (Ginny) Kapsa of South Bend; and aunts, Suzanne (David) Gusman of Indianapolis and Rebecca (Ronald) Higgins of South Bend. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Matthew at 10:00 am Friday, January 30, 2015 in Holy Family Catholic Church with a one hour visitation prior to the Mass. Burial will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery. ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd. is assisting the family. Condolences for the family may be made at www.sjfh.net.
