GRANGER - Antoinette Muellner, 97, of South Bend died Monday morning, April 23, in Signature Health Care, South Bend. She was born March 12, 1921 in Elkhart, IN to the late Josephine (Iavagnilio) and John Trovatore. On August 1, 1942 she married Michael L. Muellner, who died November 2, 2002. Also preceding her in death was a daughter, Rosemary McPherson; sister, Anne Lese; half-sister, Joan Sigsbee; and brothers, Orland, Patsy T., and Joseph J. Trovatore. She is survived by children, Elizabeth J. Muellner of Granger, Joseph Muellner of South Bend, and Michael Muellner of Dallas, TX; four grandchildren, Lisa, Antoinette, Macy, and Jacob; one great-grandchild, Mavrick Michael; along with siblings, John Trovatore of Mishawaka and half-sister, Mary Stewart (Terry) of Elkhart. Antoinette was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church for over 66 years and an active member of the Alter and Rosary Society, Harvest House, March of Dimes, and assisted in the funeral luncheon ministry of the church. A Mass of Christen Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 27, 2018 in Christ the King Catholic Church, 52473 St. Rd. 933. Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family Thursday, April 26, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Welsheimer Family Funeral Home North, 17033 Cleveland Rd., where a Parish Rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. Memorial contributions in Antoinette's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's @ Dementia Services of Northern Indiana, 922 E.
