I found a letter written to me by my mother, Marguerite Lind Hosinski dated December 2, 1975:

"This morning Clara called to tell me her sister, Leona, died last night. Leona was Freddie Kleiser's mother. she worked at Notre Dame-was in a car pool. Monday they stopped at a grocery store after work, then took Leona home. When they came by this morning to pick her up they found her on front porch, groceries still in her arms."

"Clara doesn't think (at this time) that she'll go back to South Bend. No arrangements yet."
