[N4469] David Stephen Lisek, 71, residing in South Bend, passed away at 9:20 a.m. Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at Hospice House, South Bend. He was born March 30, 1939 in South Bend, a son of Theodore & Regina Mary Lisek, and has remained a lifelong resident of this community. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy, and retired as maintenance supervisor at Patterson Dental Logistics. He was preceded in death by his father Theodore, his mother Regina (Perty) Kelly and a sister, Cynthia Lisek. David is survived by his daughter, Deborah of South Bend; two sons, Christopher (Jennifer) of Clearwater, FL, and Stephen B. (Tabetha) of Argos, IN; and three grandchildren, Spencer, Matthew, and Hunter. Also surviving are two brothers, Theodore of South Bend, and Tom of North Carolina. Graveside services for David will be 2:30 p.m. Friday, July 2, 2010 at Riverview Cemetery, 2300 Portage Ave., South Bend. He will be laid to rest with his mother Regina, and sister, Cynthia.
