John H. Nowicki died at 4:10 a.m. today in the home of his sister, Mrs. Lottie Niezgodski, 1949 Berkley place, with whom he made his home. He had been ill a year. Born in South Bend March 18, 1899, he lived here all his life and was employed by the Studebaker corporation. Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Magdalen Nowicki; his widow, Genevieve; two other sisters, Mrs. Marie Gorney and Mrs. Stella Otolski, and four brothers, Anthony, Casimir, Frank and Alex, all of South Bend. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Thursday in St. Joseph funeral chapel. The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Casimirs Catholic church with Rev. Casimir J. Witucki, C.S.C., pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Polish cemetery.
