Theodore J. Lamberson, 91, of Michigan City, died Sunday, Sept. 23, 2007, at 7:20 p.m. at Saint Anthony Memorial Hospital. He was born Oct. 6, 1915, in Dowagiac, Mich., to John and Kaliope (Geocaris) Lamberson. Mr. Lamberson was retired as an electrician with IBEW Local 531. He was a member of Holy Trinity Orthodox Church and IBEW Local 531. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, having served with the No. 299 QMSR. On May 5, 1957, in Chicago, he married Mary Lamberson, who survives.Also surviving are one daughter, Cathy (Ron) Eigenmann of Middlebury, Fla.; one son, Jim of Mission, Kan.; six grandchildren; and one sister, Angeline Panos of Granger. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Jean B. Danenhower; and two brothers, Leo and James. The funeral will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, Michigan City, with Archimandirte Lev officiating. Friends may call at Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m., with a Trisagion service at 7 p.m.; and Friday from 9:45 a.m. until the service. Burial will be in Pine Lake Cemetery, La Porte, where VFW 2536 will conduct full military services. Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, 7396 W. Johnson Rd., Michigan City, IN 46360.
