SOUTH BEND - Frederick A. Milewski, 55, passed away on Thursday afternoon, September 8, 2011, at his home. Mr. Milewski was born on February 27, 1956, in South Bend, and had remained a lifelong resident. He was preceded in death by his mother, Coralee (Jacobs) Milewski; sister, Victoria Jankowski; and grandson, Imari Young. Mr. Milewski was employed with Walmart on Portage Avenue, South Bend. He proudly served his country with the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. Mr. Milewski is survived by two daughters, April Milewski of Mishawaka and Candace Milewski of South Bend; two sons, Ryan Milewski and Alex Milewski, both of South Bend; three grandchildren, Andrew Marsh, Angel Cotton and Lexus Voreis; father, Frederick Milewski of South Bend; and his brother, Jeff Milewski of South Bend. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday, September 13, 2011, at the Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Avenue, South Bend. Military graveside services will follow at Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
