Dec. 29, 1970 - Feb. 3, 2013 MISHAWAKA - Tammy L. (Kozlowski) Manczunski, 42, of Mishawaka, IN, passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2013, with her parents at her bedside at the Elkhart Hospice House in Elkhart, IN. Tammy was born on December 29, 1970, in Mishawaka, IN, to Michael Arnold and Linda (Ward) Kozlowski. Tammy's stepfather, Michael Kozlowski, adopted her as his daughter at the age of 5. Tammy is survived by her parents, Michael and Linda Kozlowski. She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Arnold. Tammy is survived by her children, Jesse, Gabriella and Landon Manczunski, all from Mishawaka; and her siblings, Tony (Deanna) Kozlowski of Mishawaka, Missie Kozlowski of Portland, Oregon, Jeff Kozlowski and Amy (Ryan) Murrin, both of South Bend. A brother, Bradley Kozlowski, who passed away on October 30, 2011, preceded Tammy in death. Tammy is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews. Tammy graduated from Riley High School in 1989, and was previously employed as a dental assistant. Tammy enjoyed cooking, crocheting and spending time with her family most of all. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 pm on Thursday, February 7, 2013, at the Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka. The funeral service will be held at 9:00 am, with 1/2 hour visitation prior on Friday, February 8th, with Rev. Ervin Mize officiating at the funeral home.
