Joseph F. Muia, 76, of South Bend, IN passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 in his home after an extended illness. Joseph was born on August 22, 1934 in South Bend, IN to Joseph and Rose (Sgambelluri / Kambol) Muia. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son Joseph Muia III, a daughter Kara Muia, and two sisters, Dolores Sergio and Gloria Muia. Joe is survived by his brother Eugene (Carol) Muia of Ft. Lauderdale, FL his sister Patricia (Mike) Druley of South Bend, IN, a daughter, Shannon (Dale) Boon of DeMotte, IN, and two grandsons, Bradley and Brian Boon also of DeMotte. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery in South Bend, IN.
