Paul Pynaert, 92, of Mishawaka passed away in his home on Tuesday, December 27, 2022. Phil was born in Mishawaka on October 9, 1930, to the late Theodore and Dela (Sieron) Pynaert. On April 21, 1952, he married the former Joan R. Six who survives. Also surviving are his children, Dennis (Carolyn) Pynaert and Karen Barcome; grandchildren, Phillip P. Pynaert III, Elizabeth Pynaert, Shayna Pynaert, Austin (Allie) Barcome and Erin Barcome; 6 great grandchildren, Andrew Pynaert, Ava Pynaert, Kiptyn Stump, Brody Barcome, Audrey Barcome and Lucy Barcome. Phil was preceded in death by his parents; son, Phillip P. Pynaert Jr; and son-in-law, Tom Barcome. Phil enjoyed his fishing trips up in Canada. He loved spending time with his family and loved ones. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 30, 2022, from 5 pm-7 pm at Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka, IN 46544.
