SOUTH BEND - Theresa T. Papp, 92, passed away at 6 am Saturday, January 2, 2010 in her son's residence. Surviving are a daughter, Angelica "Angie Papp" Cantrell of Mishawaka; a son, Frank J. (Barbara) Papp Jr. of Ann Arbor, MI; and a sister Ann J. Suth of South Bend. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am Thursday, January 7, 2010 in St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church. Family and friends may call from 3-7 Wednesday in the Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 Kemble Avenue where a rosary will be recited at 3:30 pm. Published in South Bend Tribune on January 4, 2010

SOUTH BEND - Theresa T. Papp, 92, passed away at 6:00am Saturday, January 2, 2010 in her sons residence.
Theresa was born on December 18, 1917 in South Bend to Joseph and Julianna (Garab) Toth. Theresa was a member of St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church, the Padre Pio Group, Our Lady of Hungary Sacred Heart & Rosary Society, Forever Learning and the Womens Democratic Club. On December 31, 1938 she married Frank J. Papp. He died in 1993. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Sister M. Angelica F.D.C. Surviving are a daughter Angelica T. Angie Papp Cantrell of Mishawaka; a son Frank (Barbara) Papp Jr. of Ann Arbor, MI; 11 grandchildren Francis Papp, Julia (Chuck) Graham, David (Lisa) Papp, Mark (Jessica) Papp, Craig (Becky) Fahmie, Debra (Greg) Bek, Sharyn (Larry) Williams, Robin Fahmie, and John (Kimberly) Riordan, Angelica R.T.A. (Jim) Musil, and Mark (Michelle) Cantrell; 9 great-grandchildren Ty, Chelsea, Lily, Joy, Joshua, Danielle, Karli, Michael, and Markana; and a sister Anne J. Suth of South Bend. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am Thursday, January 7, 2010 in St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 3-7 Wednesday in the Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 Kemble Avenue where a rosary will be recited at 3:30pm.
