MISHAWAKA - Mark A. Mikulyuk, 50, of Mishawaka, IN, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2015 in his residence. Mark was born on August 25, 1965, in Mishawaka, IN, to the late Andrew and Helen (Moshak) Mikulyuk. He is survived by his children: Alexis Mikulyuk of Greenwood, IN and Sammy Mikulyuk of Mishawaka, IN, and his niece, Mindy Mikulyuk, of LaSalle, MI. Mark was also preceded in death by his sister, Missy Rice. Mark enjoyed umpiring softball games for over 30 years. Friends may gather on Friday, December 18, 2015, from noon until 2 pm in Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka, IN. A memorial service will begin at 2 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to Bubb Funeral Chapel to defray the funeral expense. Published in South Bend Tribune on Dec. 16, 2015
