MISHAWAKA - Bernard Thomas Piechocki, 86, of North Center Street, Mishawaka, passed away at his home on January 30th, 2017. He was born in South Bend, Indiana on November 20th, 1930 to Joseph and Mary Piechocki, who both preceded him in death. In August of 1982, he married the former Leona Galloway. She died April 16th, 2007. He retired from E.W.I. Corporation as a factory worker in 1993. He was a member of the Mishawaka Eagles, the American Legion Post 161 and the De Amicis Italian Club. He is survived by four stepchildren: Carolyn Santana of South Bend, Deborah Galloway of Costa Mesa, California, Frederick Galloway Jr. of Mishawaka and Michael Galloway of South Bend, Indiana. Also surviving is one step grandson, Jeremy Kwist of South Bend. Honoring his wishes, there will be no services at this time. Cremation will take place.
