Patricia Alice Otolski, 82, of La Porte, Indiana passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2022. Patricia was born September 20, 1939, in South Bend, Indiana to the late Elmer and Alice (Slisz) Maeyens. On June 11, 1960, Patricia married Clem Otolski in South Bend, Indiana who preceded her in death on March 8, 2002. Patricia was an office manager for the La Porte Community Federal Credit Union. She was a very active member of St. Peter Catholic Church, volunteered with Meal on Wheels, and at Handley and Lincoln Elementary Schools. Patricia is survived by a daughter, Michelle (Max Miller) Otwinowski of La Porte, Indiana; five sons, Greg (Karen) Otolski of Indianapolis, Indiana; Michael Otolski of La Porte, Indiana, Brian (Mary) Otolski of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Steve (Barbra) Otolski of La Porte, Indiana, and Tom (Maria) Otolski of La Porte, Indiana; grandchildren; Katharine Otolski, Claire Otolski, Mariah (Matt) Mulcahy, Dylan Otolski, Tatum Otolski, Anthony (Emily) Otolski, Eric (Morgan) Otolski, Matt (Kyleigh Kubik) Otwinowski, Andrew Otwinowski, Noah Otolski, Zofia Otolski, and Anna Otolski; a great grandson, Sterling Otolski; siblings, Shirley (Robert) Williams of Georgetown, Texas, Sandie (Ken) Minder of South Bend, Debra (Leonard deceased) Smudey of South Bend, Barbara Klempay of Elkhart, and Terry (Sue) Maeyens of Elkhart; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clem; a grandson, Nathan M. Otolski; and son-in-law, George Otwinowski. Cremation has taken place with Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, La Porte, Indiana. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at Holy Family Parish, St. Peter Catholic Church, 1101 Michigan Avenue, La Porte, Indiana, where visitation will be held one hour prior to the Mass in the church. Reverend Ian Williams will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Family Parish, St. Peter Church or Lincoln Elementary School, Playground Fund, 402 Harrison St, La Porte, Indiana 46350.
