Albert Duane Semak, 76, of LaGrange, KY passed away on Friday, April 15, 2022. He was born and raised in South Bend, IN before moving to Kentucky 15 years ago to be closer to his family. Preceding him in death were his parents, Albert and Genevieve Semak; brother, Larry Semak; sister, Sharon Charles. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Kandra (Proctor) Semak; children, Michael Semak (Rosie), Anthony Semak (Debbie) and Anjanette Lindeman (Mark); brother, Alan Semak; and seven grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 11 AM on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home.
