A rock, a tower, a beacon in a world that when you are not looking, can take you over. The man who made it easier for us to walk through life. That man is the husband, father and grandfather we all loved, but he who loved us first. The man who spent his life busying himself with the needs of his wife, sons, and especially his grandchildren. The man who the world saw with a smile, a joke in his pocket, a supporting hand, and love in his heart. There is no greater man in the eyes of his family and the eyes of all who knew him. What you see is what you get. A man of God, who trusted his direction until the end, a man who loved the Lord, a man who loved his family and friends as he knew the Lord loved him. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 24 in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S.
