SOUTH BEND - Randall (Randy) D. Sabaj, 59, of South Bend, Indiana passed away at his home on July 21, 2016. Randy was born on December 26, 1956 in South Bend to the late Peter and Gertrude (Barczykowski) Sabaj. On May 25, 1974 he married Cheryl L. Piszker who survives. Randy is survived by two daughters Tracy M. Sabaj of South Bend, and Cassie L. Sabaj of South Bend; five grandchildren Anthony Sabaj, Braelynn Bland, Sabrina Schieber, Andrew Woodrum, and Sean Woodrum; three Great Grandchildren Tavis Schieber, Kieran Schieber, and Emmett Woodrum; three brothers, Dave (Geri) Sabaj of South Bend, Patrick Sabaj of Newcastle, and Raemon (Nancy) Sabaj of Osceola. Randall was preceded in death by one son Randall D. Sabaj II; three brothers Roger Sabaj, Robert Sabaj, and William Sabaj. Visitation will be from 2 -8 P.M Sunday July 24 in the Kaniewski Funeral Home 3545 N. Bendix Dr. A funeral service will be held on Monday July 25 at 11:00 a.m in the Kaniewski Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Randy loved spending time with his grandchildren, working on his Harley and automobiles, camping, fishing, and threw the best Easter parties.
