[N14227] James J. Curran Highland James J. Curran, age 87 of Highland passed away Friday, February 25, 2005. He is survived by his daughter Sandra Curran of Highland; brother, Paul (Clarice) Curran of South Bend; sister, Margaret "Tootie" (Robert) Nemeth of South Bend; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy and son, Thomas. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 2, 2005, at 10 o'clock at the Fagen-Miller Funeral Home, 2828 Highway Avenue, Highland, with a Funeral Mass at 10:30 am at Our Lady of Grace Church with Rev. Edward Moszur officiating. Friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm Jim was a past President of the Kiwanis Club. He was retired from the School Town of Highland and will be deeply missed by all whose lives he touched. Donations to the Hospice of the Calumet Area would be appreciated.
