KASZNIA 50TH SOUTH BEND
-- Eva Mae and Robert Kasznia of Old Spanish Trail will celebrate their 50th anniversary Sunday with a family brunch at Honkers Family Restaurant. Robert Kasznia and Eva Mae Pavich married July 5, 1958, at St. Patrick Catholic Church. They have two daughters, Michelle Smith and Denise Kissinger, both of South Bend. A son, Marion, is deceased. They also have eight grandchildren. Mr. Kasznia, a lifelong South Bend resident, retired in 2000 after 47 years with the former Harmon Glass Co. After 25 years of working, Mrs. Kasznia retired in 2000 from South Bend Community School Corp. She also was employed by Associates Investment Co. and the former Wells Electronics Inc. Mrs. Kasznia has lived in South Bend most of her life.
