[N14233] Ralph H. Wiltfong, 75, of 1241 Pyle Ave., died at 12:10 am today in his home. Mr. Wiltfong was a former employee of Drewrys brewery and retired after two years of service from the St. Joseph County Highway Department. He was born April 30, 1913, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident. ON Dec. 21, 1956, in Angola, Ind., he married Rosemary Solnoky, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Patricia Smoger of Reston, Va.; a son, Michael W. of South Bend; two grandsons; and a brother, Leslie "Buss" of Mishawaka. Memorial Services will be announced at a later date. Cremation will take place in Riverview Crematory. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. There will be no visitation. Hickey Funeral Home, 3516 E. Jefferson Blvd., is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Wiltfong was a member of American Legion Post 303, American Association of Retired Persons and Mennercher Club. He was a veteran of World War II. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army of South Bend.
