GRANGER - Donald A. Kruk, 77, passed away May 6, 2009. Born June 3, 1961, in South Bend, IN, he was the son of the late Alex and Rose (Kokot) Kruk. Also preceding him in death was a sister, Patricia Gordon. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Barbara Jean; son, Jeffrey T. (Cheryl) of South Bend; daughters, Michelle (Paul) Pejza of Canton, MI, Lenore (Kevin) Stuber of Edwardsburg and Lisa Coryell of Mishawaka; brother, Richard (Neoma) of South Bend; sister, Mary Lou (David) Kowalski of Granger; and five grandsons, Jamie and Corey Pejza, Casey (Christina) and Donald J. "D.J" Stuber, and Dylan J. "D.J." Coryell. Donald retired from Uniroyal Plastic Company in January, 1989 after 36 years of service. He worked in the sales department. He was a member of the Mishawaka Management Club, St. Pius X Senior Group and the American Legion Post #161, Mishawaka, IN. Mr. Kruk was a Korean War Veteran and served with the U.S. Army 7th Infantry Division. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, May 11, at St. Pius X Catholic Church, where friends may call one hour prior.
