South Bend News-Times, Mon., Nov. 2, 1914, p. 7:
"The funeral of Adelia (sic) Wieczorkowski, five (sic)-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Wieczorkowski, 435 S. Kosciuszko st., who died Saturday morning, was held this morning at St. Adelbert's Catholic church. Rev. John Kubacki, pastor of the parish, officiated. Burial was in Cedar Grove cemetery."
