Amanda J. (Miller) Kring of Walkerton, Indiana, passed away July 12. 1939, of natural causes in her home surrounded by her loving . Amanda was born may 13, 1864, in Elkhart, Indiana. The daughter on Dr. Levi and Mary Miller, of Plymouth, IN… On Dec. 19, 1886, in Nappanee, Ind., as Amanda J. Miller, married Irah G. Kring, of Nappanee. Irah was the tenth and last child born to George and Eyve (Joseph) Kring, of Nappanee.The Kring's made their living by farming the land around the Nappanee, Plymouth area. They were members of The Church Of The Brethren, and spent many hours donating their time to help the church survive. Through the love that Irah and Amanda had for one another, their marriage was blessed with seven children;
