STURGIS - Eileen M. Przybysz, 72, of Sturgis, MI (formerly of South Bend) passed away at 4:22 p.m. Sunday, February 28, 2016 at Thurston Woods Village in Sturgis, MI.She was born on June 2, 1943 to the late Lawrence and Julia (Downey) Frazier in South Bend, IN, and has lived in Sturgis, MI for the last 10 years, coming from Vandalia, MI. Eileen graduated in 1961 from St. Joseph High School in South Bend. She retired as a customer service representative from Ave Maria Press, Notre Dame, IN, where she was employed for 10 years. On April 4, 1964, as Eileen M. Frazier, she married Raymond J. Przybysz at Christ the King Catholic Church in South Bend, IN. She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Raymond J. Przybysz of Sturgis, MI; one daughter, Lisa (Scott) Probst of Niles, MI; one son, Kurt Przybysz of South Bend, IN; two grandchildren, Matthew Probst and Ryan Probst; and her two sisters, Kathleen (Richard) Kaplon of Jones, MI and Laureen (James) Eskridge of Bixby, OK. Eileen loved knitting and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Thursday, March 3, 2016 at Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive, South Bend, IN. A Funeral Service will follow at 12:00 p.m. Thursday in Kaniewski Funeral Home, with Rev. Daryl Rybicki officiating. Cremation will follow.
