MISHAWAKA Frank M. Bongiovanni, 50, of 609 W. Marion Street, formerly of South Bend, died this morning in St. Joseph Hospital, South Bend, where he had been a patient since Sunday. He had been in ill health for the last two years. He was born July 1, 1918 in Sicily and had lived in Mishawaka for the last 17 years. On Sept. 18, 1944 in Dedforn, England, he married Malvina Richardson, who survives. He is also survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Bongiovanni of South Bend; two son, Michael and Frank Jr. both at home; and a sister, Mrs. DeVon Micinski of South Bend. Friends may call after 7 pm Thursday in the Bubb Funeral Chapel, where a rosary will be recited at 8 pm Friday. Services will be at 9 am Saturday in St. Monicas Catholic Church and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
