Olga "Ollie" A. Wisner

ROSELAND - Olga "Ollie" A. Wisner, 93, residing in Granger, passed away at 1:45 am Tuesday, January 7, 2014 in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka. She was born December 12, 1920 in Cicero, IL to the late Jerry and Anna (Jansa) Holub. In 1943, Ollie married H. Neil "Pete Mendoza" Beisel, who preceded her in death in 1961. In 1965, she married Richard L. Wisner, who survives. After high school, Ollie graduated from South Bend Business College. She was a self employed business owner of Mendoza's for almost 60 years with her family and both of her husbands. Initially, Mendoza's was a photography studio, which transitioned into a record store, and then finally a guitar store. In addition to her loving husband, Richard, Ollie is survived by sons, Scott (Sharon) Beisel and Neil (Beverly) Beisel, both of Granger; grandchildren, Neil III, Chris, Andrew (Michelle), Jason (Katie) and Josh Beisel; and great grandchildren, James, Neil IV, Alexia and Olivia Beisel. She was preceded in death by her sister, Gerry Whittmack; and brother, Stan Holub. Funeral services for Ollie will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, January 11, 2014 in the Palmer Funeral Home - Hickey Chapel, 17131 Cleveland Road, South Bend. Graveside services and burial will follow in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 am until the time of services on Saturday in the funeral home.
