GRANGER - Helen L. Konstanty, 92, of Granger, Indiana passed away on Friday, November 10, 2017, in her residence. She was born on December 30, 1924, in South Bend, Indiana to the late Joseph and Lillian (Wawrzynczak) Przybyl. On August 16, 1947, she married Edward Konstanty, who preceded her in death on July 18, 1980. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Przybyl, Jr. Helen is survived by her daughter, Marsha (Robert) Nafrady of Granger, Indiana; five sons, James (Judith) Konstanty of Niles, Michigan, Dennis Konstanty of South Bend, Indiana, Kevin (Brenda) Konstanty of Missouri City, Texas, Paul Konstanty of San Diego, California and Tim (Melissa) Konstanty of South Bend, Indiana; eleven grandchildren, Kristin (Troy Martin) Konstanty, Todd (Amy) Hurley, Dennis Konstanty, Jr., Jenny (Nate) Lewallen, Kara (Kevin Willetts) Konstanty, Brandon Nafrady, Ashley (David) Sharp, Joseph Konstanty, Leland Konstanty, Sam Konstanty, Jordan Konstanty; and seven great-grandchildren, Jakob, Zoe, Sophia, Waylon, Harlan, Levon and David, Jr. Helen enjoyed traveling with her family and friend, Marge Hentz. She loved to spend time with her family, especially with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will take place from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. on Monday, November 13, 2017, at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 52553 Fir Road, Granger, Indiana. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. in the church. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, South Bend, Indiana. Memorial contributions may be made in Helen's memory to St. Pius X Catholic Church or the Hospice Foundation, Supporting Center for Hospice Care, 501 Comfort Place, Mishawaka, Indiana 46545-5234.
