Eleanor S. Jaworski, 81, of Regency Place, died at 3:35am today in Memorial Hospital after an illness. Mrs. Jaworski was a former employee of Saga Food Service at St Mary's College and of the food service at the former St Joseph Bank & Trust Co. She was born March 27, 1913, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident. As Eleanore Buczynski, she married Louis Jaworski. He died July 16, 1969. She is survived by three daughters, Pat Szymczak of Niles, Geraldine Roeder of Granger, and Joyce Lawson of South Bend; a son, Ronald of Portage IN; 12 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and three sisters, Carrie Wawrzyniak, Mary Paszek, and Helen Kapalczynski, all of South Bend. She was a member of St Adalbert's Catholic Church Rosary Society and St Hedwig Golden Cluster and Grandmothers Club. Services will be at 10am Wednesday in St Adalbert's Catholic Church. Burial will be in St Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 8pm Tuesday in Kaniewski Funeral Home, where a parish rosary will be said at 7pm.
