Larry C. Robison, 73, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at his residence. He was born on April 5, 1944 in South Bend, IN, to Clyde and Myrtle (Matson) Robison, both of whom preceded him in death. On October 12, 1973 in South Bend, Larry married the former Patricia A. Switalski, who survives. Larry is also survived by his daughters, Lori (James) George of Grand Prairie, TX, and Dawn E. Robison-Bailey of Mishawaka, IN; sons, Larry J. Robison of Ft. Wayne, IN, and Brian E. Robison of Mishawaka; six grandchildren, Timothy (Leslie) George, Brandy (Jeff) Haines, Lauren Robison, Dalton Robison, Chaley Bailey, and Logan Brown; two great-grandchildren; and sister, Barbara Born of Mishawaka. In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by two brothers, William “Bill” Robison and Gary Robison. Larry was self-employed for a cleaning company for nearly twenty years, before he took a position at Wheelabrator for seventeen years before retiring in 2001. In keeping with Larry’s wishes, there will be no services. Palmer Funeral Home-Hickey Chapel and Southlawn Cremation Services are assisting the family.
