The census records of the family indicate that Antoni and Weronika Kujawa came from Poland in the 1880s, married circa 1891, and had five children including their adopted daughter Helen (in birth order): Frank, Maria, John, Joseph, and Helen. The marriage record of son John indicates that his mother's maiden name was Graczkowska. AKA Gackowski
