SOUTH BEND - Patricia L. Sharafinski, age 83 a resident of Warren for over 42 years, died Friday, July 03, 2008 at St. John River District Hospital. Patricia was born March 24, 1925 in South Bend, Indiana the daughter of the late Albert Wojciechowski and the late Lucille (nee: Kruk) Wojciechowski. She is survived by her beloved husband Jerome, and her dear children, James (Debbie) Sharafinski, and Lisa (Bill) Nancarrow. Mrs. Sharafinski is also the loving grandmother of Jennifer, Michael, Jeffrey, and Austin. Mrs. Sharafinski worked for over 20 years at South Macomb Hospital which would later become St. John Macomb Hospital in Warren. She began her career as a switchboard operator and later retired as one of the directors in the human resources department.When Patricia was not working she enjoyed socializing and staying active. She was an athletic woman who loved to golf and bowl. Also Patricia was a devout Catholic devoted to her church. Patricia was a member of St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church, the church Stephen Ministries, and the Active Christian Womans Club. Visitation for Mrs. Sharafinski will be Monday from 2-9 pm with an evening Rosary Service 7:00 pm, at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 Mile). Mrs. Sharafinski will lie in state Tuesday 9:00 am at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church, until the time of the Funeral Mass at 9:30 am. Celebrating the Funeral Liturgy will be Rev. Fr.
