SOUTH BEND - Mary M. (Swiatowy) Hogman, 98, passed away December 11, 2013. Born November 22, 1915, she was the daughter of the late Jakob and Rozalia (Hojnacka) Swiatowy. On November 30, 1943, Mary married Harry Hogman. He preceded her in death. Left to cherish her memory are two sons, Terry Hogman (Elayn Tamandli) of Edwardsburg, Michigan and Gary (Karen) Hogman of Fort Worth, TX; daughter, Sherry Wise (Scott) of Centennial, CO; five grandchildren, Brian Wise of Thornton, CO, Eric Wise of Centennial, CO, Allyson (Mike) Krumenacker of Aurora, CO, Anna Hartman (Andy) of Canton, GA, and Nick Hogman of Bedford, TX, and four great-grandchildren. Mary was a pilot early in her life. She was a gifted cake decorator and loved Notre Dame football. She lived her life to the fullest and was much loved by her family. Funeral services will be held at the McGann Hay, University Chapel, 2313 E. Edison Rd. on Tuesday at 10:30 AM, with visitation one hour prior. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park.
