Daughter of William & Clara Joan (Pluta) Czyzewski.
1808 W Florence AVe; died at 12:45 a.m. in Northern, IN. Children's Hospital after an illness of 2 1/2 months. She was formely an organist at St. Casimir's Catholic Church and also played in St. Stanislaus and Sacred Heart Catholic Churchs. She was a Junior at St. Joseph High School.
Surviving besides the parents is the maternal grandmother Mrs. Stella Pluta of South Bend.
Services held at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.
