Jo Ann Marie Youngs, 82, of Mishawaka passed away on April 23, 2023. Jo Ann was born to the late Julius and Geralda (Serry) Juhas in New Carlisle, IN, on October 14, 1940. She went on to work for Conn-Selmer for 52 years before she retired. She took great pride in her work and enjoyed her career there. Jo Ann is survived by the love of her life, Robert Youngs; grandchildren, Alexis Youngs, Cody Youngs, Justin Youngs, Michelle Youngs, and Nick Youngs; great-grandchildren, Colton and Evan; siblings, Sharon Delph and Butch Yuhouse as well as many extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her sons, Matthew Youngs and Mark Youngs and her parents. Jo Ann was a lady of many talents. She and Robert loved to dance at the White House on Western Ave when they were younger. She was an avid bowler as well and bowled in several leagues throughout the years. Joann was always willing to play euchre with her friends and family. She was a devoted Catholic that said her rosary every night. She also found joy in traveling, especially cross country with Robert and later on with her sons and grandchildren. Recently she had enjoyed afternoons at the local casino, reading, or doing her crossword puzzles. More than anything Jo Ann loved her family, she delighted in watching her children, then grandchildren and now great-grandchildren grow and deeply loved them all. Friends may visit with the family from 11 am-1 pm on Saturday, April 29, 2023, in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka.
