SOUTH BEND - Raymond G. Kruszewski, 52, beloved husband, brother, son-in-law and friend of many passed away on Wednesday, October 24, 2007. He was the son of Raymond and Loretta (Janic) Kruszewski. Ray was a lifelong Union Painter and an avid Notre Dame and Chicago Bears fan. Ray was a member of the American Legion Post 363 in Lakeville, IN. He is survived by his wife, Paula Sue (Oblinger) Kruszewski; step-son, Troy Oblinger of Goodyear, AZ; stepdaughter, Heather Moore of Plymouth; daughter, Carrie Huffman of South Bend; and two sisters, Yvonne (Dick) Lentz and Joyce (Shannon) Kling, both of South Bend; eight grandchildren and in laws, Phyllis and Joe Oblinger of South Bend. His stepson, James U. Moore, preceded him in death. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 10, in the American Legion Post 363, Lakeville, IN. Contributions on behalf of Raymond Kruszewski may be made out to Paula Kruszewski and delivered to the American Legion Post 363. Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, is handling arrangements.
