SOUTH BEND - Our angel from heaven was taken back on Tuesday. Survivors include son, Michael (wife Liz); son, Paul (wife Susan); 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Late husband Fred Kozloski died in 1999. We will celebrate her life at a future date when she will be laid to rest next to her husband.
