SOUTH BEND - Richard N. Benko, 82, passed away on Friday, August 20, 2010, in Ironwood Health & Rehabilitation. He is survived by his wife, Sherrie (O'Lena) Benko; sons, David (Rosa) Benko and Michael (Marianne) Benko; stepdaughter, Connie (Michael) Bolt; stepson, Brian (Jill) O'Lena; sisters, Ora Lee Crowel and Rosemary (Robert) McCloughan; and eight grandchildren. Funeral services will be on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the First Brethren Church, 4909 S. Ironwood Drive, South Bend. Friends may call today from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan St., South Bend.
