WINAMAC - Julia E. Raszipovits Anspach, 82, of Winamac, IN, passed away at 7:20 AM Monday, September 1, 2014, at Pulaski Memorial Hospital, Winamac, IN. She was born March 23, 1932, in South Bend, IN, to Alex and Esti Raszipovits. Julie married Richard Budd April 26, 1965, in South Bend, IN. Richard died November 11, 1987. She married Carl M. Anspach on September 7, 1991, in Rochester, IN. Survivors include her husband, Carl M. Anspach; two daughters, Patricia Van Lue of Winamac and Pamela (Ed) White of Kewanna; three stepchildren, Carrie (John) Ingram and Alan (Angela) Anspach, both of Winamac, and Jerry (Rebecca) Anspach of Star City; 3 grandchildren, 7 step-grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Alex Raszipovits of Missouri. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM EDT Friday, September 5, 2014, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac, with Rev. Bert Woolson officiating. Burial will take place at Winamac Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-8 PM EDT Thursday, September 4, 2014, at Frain Mortuary, and one hour prior to services at the funeral home on Friday. Memorial contributions may be given to Pulaski County Human Services, American Diabetes Association , or the Pan Handle Pathway. Arrangements have been entrusted to Frain Mortuary, Winamac, IN.
