William Denny Kemble
Nov. 1, 1939 - July 8, 2013 MISHAWAKA - William "Denny" Kemble, 73, passed away Monday, July 8, 2013, at Hospice House, South Bend. He worked as a glass estimator for several glass companies, including Quality Glass. Denny was born on Nov. 1, 1939, in South Bend, IN, to the late Robert C. and Helen P. (Kolupa) Kemble, and moved back to South Bend in 2007, coming from Gambrills, MD. Denny is survived by two daughters, Dawn Anderson and Robin Kemble, both of South Bend; four grandchildren, Jason Kemble, Justin Kemble, James Kemble and Savannah Nicely; 3 great-grandchildren, Nathan, Xander and Isaac; his mother, Helen Kemble of South Bend; one sister, Patricia A. (James S. Sult) McClanahan of Mishawaka; & his brother, Robert (Terrie) Kemble of Niles. Denny enjoyed fishing and going to the Blue Chip Casino. He was a practical joker. He loved outdoor concerts and travel. Denny enjoyed shooting pool and playing the drums. He greatly appreciated the veterans of our country, & loved animals. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Friday, July 12, 2013, at Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Ave., South Bend, where friends may visit one hour prior to services. Pastor Michael Smith, Hope Community Church, Niles, will officiate. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola, IN. Contributions in memory of Denny may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
