Born 20 Aug 1959 in So Bend and had been a lifelong resident; died 15 Jan 1997 age 37 of Darden Rd, New Carlisle IN; passed away suddenly at 11:40 a.m. in Memorial Hospital. He was employed by Slatitle Roofing & Restoration Co. Services in St Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church in Terre Coupee with burial in St Joeph Cemetery. On 11 Oct 1980 he married Brenda K Elkins who survives with two sons, Justin David and Kody Lee Gorny both at home; his mother, Bernice Gorny of New Carlisle; three sisters Mrs Joyce [Sonny] Sobieralski of Mishawaka IN, Mrs Pat [Larry[ Byrd

of LaPorte IN, and Gerri [Bob Kromkowski] Gorny of So Bend; two brothers, Joseph [Gerrie] Gorny of SBd & John [Sandy] Gorny of North Liberty; 2 great nieces and 1 great nephew. His father, Joseph A Gorny Sr preceded his in death on 30 Oct 1971 and a brother Robert D who died Feb 1953.
