Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Macleay Cemetery for Joseph S. Flowers, 74, of Salem, who died Saturday. Arrangements are by Howell-Edwards-Doerksen mortuary. He was born in South Bend, Ind., and moved to Oregon I 1934. He was a mill worker, retiring in 1976. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy R.; sons, James, Los Angeles, Calif., and John, Fayetteville, N.C.; daughters, Ellen Klope, Portland, and Retha Whitaker, Buckley, Wash.; brother, Cas and sister, Mary Kochanowski, both of South Bend.
