ROLLING PRAIRIE - Mr. Edward Roman Mrozinski, 78, of Rolling Prairie, died at 4:25 PM, on February 18, 2010 at his residence. Mr. Mrozinski was born September 4, 1931 to Louis and Catherine (Layman) Mrozinski. He was married to Geraldine Ellenwine with whom they raised four sons. He was a member of St Joseph Catholic Church, La Porte and St. John Kanty Catholic Church, Rolling Prairie. A self employed farmer and drove school bus for New Prairie School System. He graduated from New Carlisle High School in 1949. He leaves behind four sons Lawrence "Larry" (Deb) Mrozinski of San Pierre, IN, Thomas "Tom" (Rita) Mrozinski, Rolling Prairie, IN, Mark Mrozinski, Rolling Prairie and John (Kim) Mrozinski also of Rolling Prairie. Ten grandchildren, Amy Mrozinski, Andrea Schwartz, John, Catherine, Heather, Nathan, Erik, Morgan, Mitchell, and Mekenna Mrozinski. One sister Delores Sutor of Delaware, OH, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his parents and one brother Robert Mrozinski. A Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, February 23rd at 10:30 AM at St. John Kanty Catholic Church, with Rev Michael Heimer officiating. A Rosary will be held Monday at 3:00 PM, at Essling Funeral Home. Visitation will be Monday 3-8 PM and Tuesday 9-10 AM at Essling Funeral Home. Burial will be at St. John Kanty Cemetery, Rolling Prairie, IN, following the Mass. Memorial contributions may be made to Made to the donor's choice..
