ELKHART - Larry Dale Underwood, 58, died Monday at Elkhart General Hospital. He was born August 22, 1955 in Mishawaka, IN to the Thomas, Sr. and Audrey (Allgood) Underwood. Larry is survived by his fiance, Michelle Bunch; daughter, K.C. Belasqez; sons, Heath Eric Underwood, Christopher Stites, Adam Underwood, Robert A. Underwood and Jacob Underwood; 11 grandchildren; sisters, Martha Stites, Geraldine Rogers and Dorothy Underwood; brothers, Mark Underwood, George Underwood, Robert Underwood and Daniel Underwood; and previous wives, Susan Taberski and Kathleen Underwood. His sister, Joyce Ferguson and brother, Thomas Underwood, Jr. both preceded him in death. Memorial services will be held at 2:30 PM Sunday, January 12, 2014 at South Bend Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1936 E. Altgeld St., South Bend. Rev. Throstur Thordarson, pastor of the church will officiate. All are invited to dinner at church following the service. Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, South Bend is assisting with arrangements.
