OSCEOLA, IN - Tiffany Forte was born on September 3, 1981 in South Bend, IN. She graduated from Penn High School in 2000 and earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Indiana University South Bend. Tiffany touched many lives as a therapist and also worked for Purdue Military Family Research. She passed away in her home on January 28, 2019 in the loving care of her family. She is survived by her grandmother, Jean Forte; parents, Joe and Carolyn Forte; sister, Erica Forte; brother, Brent and his wife, Leigha Forte; nephew, Brayden; niece, Allie; aunts and cousins. She was preceded by her grandparents, Joseph F. Forte, Paul and Phyllis Summers. She deeply loved her family as we loved her. She was always looking out for her siblings and helping her parents. Tiffany loved the sun, beach, cats, and kittens. She was a kind and gentle spirit whom this earth has lost and Heaven has gained. Her passing leaves a deep hole in the heart of each of her family members, but we are faithfully entrusting her to God's care. Visitation will be on Saturday, February 2 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka. Funeral Services will follow at 12:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
