SOUTH BEND - Jane M. Gordon, 88, passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2017, at the Sebastian River Medical Center in Florida. Jane was born August 14, 1929, in South Bend, to the late Casimir and Harriet (Maciejewski) Mikolajczak. Survivors of Jane include children, Karen (John) Crumlish of South Bend, Debra (Richard) Van Mele of Sebastian, FL, and Brian (Debbie) Gordon of Mishawaka; grandchildren, Scott (Ann) Van Mele of Beaverton, OR, Mary (Thomas) Gallegos of Sebastian, FL, Michelle Rhodes of Sebastian, FL, Angela (Gianfranco) Wright of Granger, Cassandra (Kevin) Fautz of South Bend; great-grandchildren, Justin Van Mele, Anthony and Michelle Gallegos of Sebastian, FL, Luciano, Vincenzo, and Nicolino Wright of Granger, and Greyson and Jackson Fautz of South Bend.Jane worked for Max Adler's, RACO, and the Indiana Toll Road Commission, from which she retired. She enjoyed shopping on QVC. A gathering for Jane will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm Thursday, October 19, 2017, in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road, where a Memorial Service will begin at 12:00 pm at the funeral home. Entombment will be at St Joseph Cemetery. Condolences for the family may be made at www.sjfh.net.
