Alexander David Toradze, 69, residing in Granger, passed away peacefully in his home Wednesday, May 11, 2022. He was born May 30, 1952 in Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia to the late David and Liana (Asatiani) Toradze. Alexander was a world-renowned concert pianist as well as a Martin Endowed Professor in Piano at Indiana University South Bend. He was also a member of the South Bend Hall of Fame. Alexander is survived by his special friend, Siwon Kim of Seoul, South Korea; sons, Alexander Toradze and David Toradze of Rydal, PA; one sister, Nino Toradze of London, United Kingdom and his dear cousin, Vasili Egnatashvili of Atlanta, GA. Friends may visit with the family from 12:00 - 3:00 pm Saturday, May 14, 2022, in the Palmer Funeral Home - Welsheimer North Chapel, 17033 Cleveland Road, South Bend.
