NEW CARLISLE - Carol A. (Greathouse) Damron, 68, of New Carlisle, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2021. She was born on September 15, 1952 in South Bend, IN to the late George and Irene (Pap) Greathouse. Carol is survived by two daughters, Laura (Johnathan) Lilgreen of LaGrange, Indiana, Amanda Knight of LaGrange, Indiana, eight grandchildren, one sister, Linda Greathouse of New Carlisle, Indiana, one brother, Robert (Carol) Greathouse of New Carlisle, Indiana, niece ReneƩ Greathouse of Los Angeles, California, niece, Maredith Greathouse of New Carlisle, Indiana, nephews Robert (Oksana) Greathouse of Lakeville, Indiana, James (Lisa) Greathouse of Mill Creek, Indiana, Andrew (Ashley) Greathouse of Roswell, Georgia, and several cousins. Carol was preceded in death by her mother and father. Carol loved the Lord. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She liked putting puzzles together, sewing, collecting windchimes, going for walks, watching scary movies, playing cards, and calling loved ones extremely early on their birthdays. Private family graveside services for Carol will be held in New Carlisle Cemetery.
